Better days are coming

|

As long as the future is unpredictable, we’re wired to believe that the best days are gone and that the past is better than the future and better days are coming our way.

” You are the sum total of everything you’ve ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot – it’s all there. Everything influences each of us, and because of that I try to make sure that my experiences are positive.” Maya Angelou

Life is constantly changing and the things we got used to and we must have faith in the future and the better things it holds for us. 🌈

Since I was young I’ve been actively training my mind to look at endings as beginnings . It’s better to get excited about about the unknown rather thinking that the good days have come to an end.

It is like looking at like at ” a glass half full or half empty”.

One of the things I do is LIVE IN COLOUR. As one of my favourite colours is yellow- I currently- in lockdown- I live ub yellow T-shirts and tops. It brightens my spirit and it energises me to win the day.

Did you know that the colour yellow stands for personal power and fulfilment, abundance, courage and self-confidence. The colour yellow has stood for wisdom and intellect throughout the ages. It aids logic, memory, concentration, will – power and communication. Yellow is full of creative and intellectual energy and represents happiness, clarity and sunlight. Now wonder I love wearing yellow!

My favourite yellow colour combinations are:

  1. Navy blue – white- lime yellow
  2. Medium grey- navy- lime yellow
  3. Coral orange- white- lime yellow
  4. Coral orange- navy blue- lime yellow
  5. Lime green- medium grey- lime yellow
  6. Lime green- navy blue- lime yellow
  7. Checks- navy- lime yellow
  8. Prince charles checks – white- lime  yellow
  9. Navy stripe – cream white- lime yellow

So, my tip when your day looks a bit grey and your mood kind of black – then dress in yellow. It will help you to maintain mental alertness, feel happy and believe better days are coming.
