Courage calls for courage everywhere.
We are living in times of crisis and change we couldn’t even begin to imagine 2 months ago. How should we confront these intense challenges? How long will it last? And what will happen when we come out of it? I thing is undeniable already now- life after Corona will will be different and we all need to adapt to a new normal. Not knowing what comes next and how it will play out exactly is scary.
I can only speak for myself, but I try to stay centred and refrain from succumbing to our worst fears . In these situations I take one day at time and keep doing what I can do to get to the next one and after that.
I learned from my parents early one that living a courageous life is one of the best ways to navigate life’s hurdles and bumps- according to Aristotle courage is the first of human virtues because it makes all others possible.
And at times as these it is the time for courageous decisions to be our best versions and try to lead our best life.
My tips that worked for me:
I admit my fears and speak about them openly, but I don’t allow them to run my life or dictate my decisions.I like to look at both options- good or bad and make my decision based on what I hope for rather fear
As a result:I think positively about the future and my life.It reduces my stress and helps me to cope with difficult situations. Take one day at a time
My outlook for my business world- there will- must be a green lining to this crisis where we have to come out better, stronger and kinder to establish a fashion industry that is environmentally friendly to combat climate change. These are the times where we have to rebuild a better future and where courage calls for courage everywhere.
So, let’s take a deep breath and try to lead our best life despite the terrible circumstances. 🙏💚🌍
